Great photos on the site! but I have seen one not on the site of the motor yacht Amaryllis passing the castle. I do work for a company that offers this yacht for charter. Can I get hold of a high res
version for use in their brochure? I can send a copy if you need to see it

What luck, not only to be living in the most amazingly beautiful country but to be manager of this castle.... i visited last year and cannot wait to get back there next year, took me many years to
fulfill my dream but now i will try to make it a regular visit.... thank you for your beautiful images....

Hi there, you've captured the most amazing images. I just wondered if you sold any of your images for business use? I work for a tour company and I'd love to feature one your images on our cover. I'd
really appreciate it if you could get back in touch with me. firstname.lastname@example.org

Did you do a 2019 calendar? Any left? I loved my 2018 one...
Aurora A Mata (Wednesday, 05 December 2018 05:06)
David, not sure if you saw my message on FB, so I'll put it here.. Did I order two calendars to be sent to Virginia, by any chance? I honestly can't remember. I already received the ones I ordered to
be sent here, but I can't remember if I ordered some for Virginia.
Mrs Walsh (Wednesday, 17 October 2018 07:33)
It's a shame you don't show any previews of the calendar except the front cover.
Just little icon sized pictures would be enough. I don't like buying a calendar based on 1 picture.
CHARLOTTE NIGHTLINGER (Wednesday, 06 June 2018 12:10)
ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS PHOTOGRAPHY.
HOW MUCH IN U.S. DOLLARS? AND IS THE ABOVE PHOTOGRAPH OF CASTLE AVAILABLE IN A PRINT?
THANK YOU. I MAY NEVER GET TO SCOTLAND BUT I CAN BRING SCOTLAND TO ME THROUGH YOUR ARTWORK.

Grand body of work, David. Congratulations!
Jane MacRae (Saturday, 11 November 2017 13:14)
Recently I ordered the eight pack of Christmas cards and one of them came with what appears to be a red breasted robin on the front instead of Eilean Donan Castle which Mrs. MacRae brought me to for
a visit the night after I stayed with their family in Inverness at the estate in 1973 and when the Kennedy family were the caretakers.
If you would be so kind as to let us know why we received the eighth card of a red breasted robin that would be great.

Thanks from Kingswood Australia, my calendars arrived yesterday 9th November. Looking forward to putting it up on 1 January.

I was wondering if there would be a way to get permission to use one or two of your photos on a book cover and on the book's website? I will be self publishing a novel on Amazon; part of the novel
takes place at the castle and in that area, and I was hoping to be able to give readers a place to actually visualize. If you could please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org, I would appreciate it.

Oops! I said Duart when I meant Eileen Donan. My apologies. I do know the difference!

I can't wait to see my new Duart Castle Christmas cards!!

My husband and I visited (for the 5th time) this summer and bought one of your prints from the gift store (#33 in the Items for sale page). We would like to hang a larger copy of this over our mantle
and need permission from you to have it enlarged. Would you grant this? This is for personal use only and it will be copied only once. We paid about 25 Lbs for the print. We really want to hang you
over our mantle! Thanks, Nara . email@example.com

Is it possible you have hi res enough photos that a couple could be printed up poster sized and shipped to the US? I'd love to have one in my office. Perhaps you could message me? I can't find a
message you link.

I received my order of a wonderful print very timely all the way across the pond to Canada. It is beautiful and I am very happy with it. Just a note not a criticism, a small amount of the glue used
to paste it to the matting seeped through and caused a small stain on the white edge of the matting.Perhaps less glue in the future. I love it and can't wait to frame it and put it up.
Melanie Gustin (Saturday, 30 January 2016 17:49)
Knowing how much I love Eilean Donan, my husband gave me a cross-stitch pattern of it for Christmas. I am thrilled with the idea and his labor of love, but the photo used is dull and doesn't begin to
do the castle justice. I live in the US but have visited there twice, follow you on Facebook, so know how truly photogenic that castle is! The woman who developed the pattern has a shop in Portree
and told my husband that copyright laws limit her choices of photos to work from. How might I get around that? There are many of yours that are magnificent and I would love to work up one. Please let
me know your thoughts. My email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org

Hello...My wife and I were there last mid September and plan to go again when we can.My question is ..What time of year was this panorama taken...It is just stunning...spectacular. If you know the
exact day that would be great. We would like to go at the fall change of season..maybe mid October. The picture I am referring too ia at....
Thanks for your time and keep up the wonderful work. I envy you for sure...need anyone one else??? :-) Best regards..Dave Cunningham

Thank you for the fantastic photos of my favorite castle in all of Scotland! I first visited Eilean Donan back in the 1980's. If I were to write a historical romance novel - Eilean Donan with it's
brooding rapture - would be the ideal castle for my characters. Love the daily dose of castle that you share on FB. Kudos!

Stuning part of the world well captured by your images. Pass by ( and of couse stop off) every year on motorbike trip of the highlands. Keep up the first class work

I fell in love with Eilean Donan the first time I visited Scotland 21 years ago. Unfortunately I've never been near it when the weather was other than gray and dreary - hence my rather lame attempts
to photograph it myself. So thank you for all these amazingly lovely photographs. My friends and I are all REALLY impressed.
Good luck to you.
Danielle Flanagan (Saturday, 06 June 2015 21:29)
You take such beautiful photos!! Makes me want to decorate my office in nothing but Eilean Donan photos.

You are one lucky man!!!! This has to be one of the most beautiful places on earth. Your photographs of this castle are amazing and every time I look at them, it makes me want to visit this beautiful
place as soon as I can get there.
Keep photographing and publishing these incredible photos and think of the rest of us from time to time as you live, care for and enjoy this piece of heaven on earth.

Love the website and of course your wonderful photographs! Wishing you all the best with this venture! It's always a risk when you invite others to view your work, but with your eye and talent I
can't imagine much complaint! Thank you for sharing!

Your photos are simply amazing. They bring me to Scotland and make me want to travel. I love looking at photos and sometimes just sit and scroll through sites that I find. Yours is already bookmarked
and I will be returning. You have a gift.

Would like to thank you for sharing your amazing work with us on FB which lead me to your website. Eilean Donan has a place deep in my heart as does Scotland. You seem to capture the very essence of
both in so many different moods and I feel privileged to gaze upon them.
Hope to return to Scotland next year, it's been too long but your photos help me to breath.
Please keep inspiring and posting.
All good things

can you let me know when the beautiful photograph you took on the 21st of July will be available?
Admin (Sunday, 06 July 2014 19:28)
We doubt if you gave permission to this new group to share your work, David. They have been trying to post uncredited images on Scotland from the Roadside, and have been banned from our site.

How fortunate you are to live and work in such a remarkable area. The Highlands felt like home the second I arrived, and I hope to return some day. Maybe I can come be a tour guide. :) Your images
reflect your love of Scotland, and are all very nicely done. Keep up the good work.

My Grandfather helped to restore this Castle after WW1 along with local historian, Duncan McCrae...i believe it was a combined local effort. As a young girl growing up in Zimbabwe [known then as
Rhodesia] I looked at photos of the Castle and LONGED to one day see it. Your photos bring this beautiful Castle to life. I have seen it 3 times now and will never be able to capture what you have
done here. We took my 82 year old Dad and Mom to see it this year. We have also laid a plaque for my Grandparents at the old Shiel Bridge Cemetery. Their graves have been desecrated in Zimbabwe but
they are now 'back home' in the land they loved.

I am so pleased and proud of you for starting this website. There isn't one picture that you have taken that I don't like. One of your prints will hang on my wall with pride one of these days and I
hope it will be soon. I would give anything to be able to come back to Dornie again and see one of our favorite icons. She comes to life because of your talent with a camera. You capture all of her
moods and I never tire of them. ♥
